Does an XFX Rx 550 2gb compatible with old systems?

I just bought an Rx 550, Xfx ones, And i recently have some issue. Like my screen is flickering before the drivers were installed, and my screen is blinking even though all of the drivers were installed, with my old gpu (gtx 550 ti) all of it works fine.

My system:
Xeon L5410 modded @2.33ghz
Digital Alliance IG41 MA6 with pcie 1.1

6GB DDR3 @1333mhz ram
2x WD 500gb and 160gb 7.2k rpm

A 450w psu

Is this a compatibility issue or software issue? Im kinda confused here and running out of options.

GTX 750 has tiny bit better performance than GT 1030,

Though, both of them have about 15% worse performance than RX 550. For a GPU upgrade, go with GTX 1050, which is about 50% better than RX 550,

Oh, are you running legit Win with genuine license key or is your OS pirated?

Yes, thats what ik suspecting. Looks like mines is pirated. Today im gonna try my old 768p tv with dvi to hdmi.
