Question does any ram fit in pc ?

i been thinking about upgrading my ram but i dont know if any ram fit in any motherboards .im thinking to buy crucial ballistix 32gb ,my motherboard is asus maximus viii hero

Your system uses DDR 4, wouldn't go higher than 3200. Mixing ram isn't guaranteed to work so you could have compatibility issues combining with existing ram. If you're planning to replace those that's fine. DDR 4 Crucial 2x 16GB kit 3200 CL16.

ok thanks for information , but i want to know if 80-90% ram usage is bad ? im playing new game and ram usage is about 13-14gb sometimes 15gb but it doesnt really effect the gameplay

Im guessing you have 16gb? It's usually enough but yeah some games can use more. Windows consumes around 2gb for itself so having more ram can help reduce virtual memory usage which can affect performance.
