here is the solution i have used all of my pc life, if i have to ask if its safe, its not safe enough to put on my pc

Safe or not I wouldn't install it on my PC.

It costs money (not necessarily a bad thing of itself, but read on).

It's just a bunch of utilities, most of those tasks you can perform yourself for free, either by using built-in Windows tools or free stuff.

The developer's of this kind of software rely on inexperienced PC users who want some "magic" software to fix everything instead of learning how to do it yourself.

Save your money and use your own brain cells instead.
