Has anyone used this capture card? Can you tell me about this product?

I saw a capture card at dealnews today that was on sale for a whopping 75% off. it was 109.99 and now it's only $27.50.
I decided to give it a try and see how this expensive capture card works. I hope it's a good decision instead of elgato.
