Question Does anyone know of reliable PCI-X card adapter card?

I have a 133 MHz 64 bit PCI-X card in a system that I'm are stuck using for the unforeseeable future (a pre-programmed FPGA SDR with original code lost by vendor) The problem is the PC running the card is now failing. From searching, my only options so far are to pull parts out of salvage sites if I want to "upgrade" the computer or buy the only adapter card I've found from a questionable British company http://www.pridopia.co.uk/8114etx.html. Does anyone know of an adapter card or a modern motherboard to solve this problem?
