Does anyone know what could be making this sound?

Recently I've noticed my PC making this noise. Typically it doesn't start making it until my PC has been on for a good few hours and even then it only makes it for a few minutes before stopping. But once it has done it once it'll start making it again like once every hour or so.

Sounds like a cable hitting a fan or something like that.
Open up your case when it makes that noise and see if any cables hit it or anything like that.
Worst case it can be your Hard drive (if you have one) clicking in which case you should consider buying a new one and move your files from that drive while it still works.

Yeah I'll check tomorrow and just pray it's a wire in the way. Although the hard drive I have is relatively inexpensive it's just a hassle.

When you open it up, listen for where it's coming from as precisely as you can. If it's not a cable in a fan, there's a chance that it's just a fan bearing dying. If that's the case, it's easy to replace.
