Question Does anyone know what this BIOS setting does ?

Laptop model: Lenovo Legion 7i Pro
CPU: Intel i9-13900HX
GPU: 4090


so in bios i have this setting: System peak power limit

the options are NORMAL or UNLOCKED.

theres no description other than "unlocked may affect battery life"

does anyone know exactly what this does? i believe the default setting is UNLOCKED.
