I tried to join their forum but never get the activation email. I want to use a screen recorder with it but can't figure out if there's a way to not display the four scene windows on the left side. Probably a longshot here. Thanks for any help

I downloaded the latest version and been using it all night then heard of this in search of answer to problem but I haven't encountered any problems. Ran malwarebytes and it found no viruses. I'll run Bitdefender just in case, and that usually blocks things from getting downloaded in the first place. Don't suppose you know how to get rid of those four scene windows on the left side?

Again, I don't have anything like that in the version I run. There is simply a single media player window, same as for any other type of media player. I think we might be talking about two different products from the same developer. I am using the Potplayer media player, not doing anything with VR, so maybe that's the difference, IDK for sure, but I don't have any windows like you are showing and haven't on any version of Potplayer I've used.

That solves it then.. . I play Potplayer VR not as side by side images on desktop computer. I have no interest in buying the headgear, etc. So far it's the best at turning it into a single image to watch on desktop computer and playing MKV with no video stuttering. I discovered the xbox game bar screen recorder is part of Windows 10. It's the only screen recorder I've tried that doesn't have the same stutter problem on playback of recorded video. Problem with it is, can only record the whole screen. Can't adjust it to record part of the screen which would be a way of eliminating those four boxes on the left from the recording. Guess I will figure out a way to block them out on the screen when recording.

(This is all part of trying to record VR as a single image 2D video, since I'm not really interested in 3D)
