Yes it does - it requires BIOS version 3203.

Obviously this depends on what BIOS the seller sends the motherboard with. If they sell it with any BIOS 3203 onwards, then it will be fine. You should be able to contact them to find out what BIOS it ships with.

Bios is manufacturing date dependent. If that board was manufactured after the release of the Raven Ridge APU's, it'll have the (at time) current bios. If it was manufactured prior to the release, then it will have (at the time) current bios. If it was manufactured last month, it'll have an even newer bios revision.

So it totally depends on when it was made, how long it sat on the docks, how long it sat on the shelf, all that before you looked to buy it.
