does B350M PRO-VD PLUS support 2600 out of the box ?

hi i want to purchase this motherboard B350M PRO-VD PLUS for this cpu r5 2600

but my concern is that it might not support it out of the box and it might need a motherboard flash but i dont have a first gen ryzen to flash it can you guys check if its support the r5 2600 out of the box

It will have to have the correct bios update to run that CPU. To update the bios, you will need a first generation Ryzen CPU. So in short, no it wont.

AMD has a bios boot kit loaner program, but it will be a hassle. If I were you, I would get a b450 motherboard as it will work out of the box and it has better RAM support and the b350. The few dollars more in cost may save a lot of headaches.

You will have to ask from the retailer to update the bios of that board to the latest version in order to support this CPU,if they can't do that then no.
Like feelinfroggy777 said go with a B450 board instead.
