Does both my motherboard and GPU have to support Directx 11 for it to work?

So I'm building my first computer, and I don't know if my motherboard supports Directx 11. If my GPU supports Directx 11 but my mobo doesn't, will DX11 work on my computer?

DX11 doesn't require a motherboard to be utilized, just a supporting GPU

You only need the GPU to support directx and it says in the specs on the newegg link you put that it does support 11....hope it helped you and should be able to run directx 11 games
