I am building a computer that will be used for soldidworks and ProE (3D CAD) and gaming.
I currently have the following CPU, GPU, and Motherboard.

I was thinking of getting 8gb (2x4gb) of memory. I was told that brand does matter, and that i should be looking at either Corsair vengeance or dominator.
Is this an appropriate quantity of memory and what should i be considering when comparing memory?
Why does,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233254 cost $25 less then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233282 even though the CAS is 1 lower and the timing is the same?
