I HAVE A CANON S500 PRINTER AND IM TRYING TO USE IT ON WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL DOES IT WORK.pLEASE HELP

Be aware that with inkjet printers this old, if they haven't been used every few months, the ink will have dried up and clogged the print heads. Getting a replacement head will be difficult if not impossible.

This is what that site says when Win7 or Win7-64 driver requested:

"A driver is not available in this Operating System. Please call us at 877-359-6780 so that we may discuss options that are available to you."

Yes I did see that. Have you connected it? Drivers may be built it or can be downloaded through windows update.
