does cheap bad quality sata cable cause hard disk problems

Here is my problems that i have very long size graphics card so my all sata ports covered with that so i buyed right angled sata cable very very cheap means i buyed three sata cable for 0.20 dollers and it seem to be bad quality also then i have my old wd hard disk that got some os problem with this sata cables may be or may be not. Then i formatted it and boot new win 7 os but while booting it get stuck at setup is starting. Then i tried this hdd to others pc and that problem is going on so i get that hdd to shop from where i buyed it and showed that this problem so they said me that this happens bcoz of sata cable and i think about it bcoz i didnt telled to shopper about my new cheap sata cable and he only telled my that something wrong with sata cable. Then i replaced hdd it with new one and while again booting when windows is loading files some massage camed that windows is not able to boot bcoz of unplug cable or hardware fail. So plz help me plz

Certainly a bad cable would cause the problems you're having, so go ahead and get a good cable to see if the problem goes away.

Another possibility could be a scratched DVD installer or a faulty DVD optical drive, that would lead to a failed installation. Bear in mind that if you also got those cheap sata cables for your DVD drive that takes you back to the original issue.

No optical dvd drive is absolute right bcoz i tried on my other drive same thing is happening .

So can i buy new one but it is for 27$ and here is only 2 different brand right angle sata cable is available my cheap one and this 22 $ so i want to know if that is only problem. if there is any other was there so i dont want to spend that much for waste if there is other problem so if anybody have same problem or knowing anything about it. Plz help
