Does Clean Reinstalling Windows 10 Deletes Files on The Other Partitions?

If I have Windows 10 installed on partition C and I have another partition which is partition F will my files from partition F gets wiped if I do a clean reinstall?
Also, should I do it via reset this pc option from windows 10 or should I use a bootable USB?

Hi,

If you'll be doing a clean install of Windows 10 using a USB or disc, NO it will not delete the other partition unless you do it. Windows will ask you to where you want to install Windows 10. Before installing Windows 10, make sure that you take note or remember which drive is C: and which is F: so you won't accidentally install it into your F drive.
