is there any difference on gaming performance with the Q9500 6MB and Q9550 12MB ??
GPU: ASUS GTX 750 Ti OC
RAM: 8GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz

the Q9550 is $10 more than Q9500 it has twice the cache
meanwhile the Q9500 its newer than the Q9550
should i spend $10 more on a older CPU with twice cache ??
i plan on saving the extra $10 to do some upgrades after some years :)

Sheesh........ from the early 2000's someone wanted to cache their entire RAM (system memory). If that were possible why need RAM at all? If you want the super dopper system, just spend the money. But the bottom line is we don't have the that kind of money generally. Just use common sense. BENCHMARKS.... depends who you read, what you read, the sources, etc. A lot of of publications here are commercial and promote those products that pay them. Just go with your gut.
