I mean if I keep
1-creating a lot of folders and pictures
2-and delete a lot of pictures and folders

3-and move folders and pictures between hard drives

can that create a lot of missing items in registry
and slow down windows 10 after some time ?

I haven't had any issues, use Blueiris at work and it takes 100,000's of pictures a day and stores them on a local desktop they then get moved to a server every morning. The server then keeps a weeks worth of pictures and deletes the old ones. Nether computer or server have had any issues with the mass amount of pictures created, move, and deleted.
