does i3 bottleneck r9 270 much

i3 540
4gb ram
corsair 550w http://pcx.com.ph/components/power-supply/corsair-vs550-550w.html
gtx 750 ti (i bought 2 day ago and im planing to exchange it with r9 270 http://www.powercolor.com/US/products_layer_2.asp?SeriesID=89 because it cause only few more bucks in my country.)

my question is will the r9 270 have a huge bottleneck with my i3 540 and 4gb of ram?
and lastly can my psu handle the r9 270 because it use more power than 750 ti.
need help guys i only had a day for the exchange policy.. THANKS

Yeah, you're going to be held back by that first gen i3. Overall you're not going to feel the performance of the 270. I'd look into upgrading your processor, mobo and ram. 8GB system memory is kind of the cardinal standard for gaming

yes i plan to buy a new rig in the future and have the r9 270 and have it crossfire.
but as of the moment i can only buy a gpu so should i just stay on my gtx 750 ti? because if r9 270 though bottleneck will give me more perfomance i preffer to buy it because its about $5 difference here in my country.

im having hare time to express my self. not that good in english hope you understand my point thankss...
