Does Intel Actually Have This?

I watched a video on youtube, on Tigerdirectblog about overclocking. They brought in a Intel Guy and he showed Logan how to Overclock a Quad Core (q6600) with a Intel made program, Similar to this , http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/436068-core-i7.html

The picture on the top. They Gave a link but it didnt work so I'm wondering if they have a program like that, which will help me overclock my e8400.
