Hi , I want to know if my i5-4570 would bottleneck the GTX 1660 Super.
I am playing on 1080p.

Your CPU is slightly a limit but not that much. You will start to see a difference in very cpu demanding titles and AAA titles. However it isn't much of a matter as I was bottlenecking a FX4300 with a gtx1050 alot and it wasn't much of a big deal.

Depends on the game as well. I once experienced this and the game would skip etc until I upgraded my CPU.
