Does it matter what system the Upgrade Tool (for Media creation) is downloaded from?

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade to Windows 10 tonight, and to save myself some time, I want to download the tool at work (with my bosses permission of course). Does downloading the Upgrade Tool (for Media Creation - on a USB/DVD (ISO)) from a different PC than the one being upgraded matter (eg. it pulls the key, other data from the downloaded PC, and uses that to install onto the upgraded system) or is it just creating a media for use on any and all systems that support that downloaded OS type (64/32)?

doesn't matter, just make sure you download the correct version.
