Hello, I have an rx 580 the core is at 1450 and the memory is at 2065 (stock voltages) i can put my core at 1500 but I lose performance if I decreased my memory to 2000mhz would I be able to put my core at 1500 and have good performance?
You're probably better off manually adjusting voltages to reach 1500MHz since Auto voltage will ask for too much and you'll run into power limit.
Lowering VRAM frequency won't significantly allow the core to clock higher.
In general memory clock and core clock are separate and don't affect each other. So no, lowering one won't automatically let you push the other one higher.
