I am using
Gigabyte 128GB M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 1.3 SSD


As m.2 ssd not connected with sata cable,
Does m.2 ssd use power from the power supply?


Why or Why not? Plz explain...

NOTICE the 3.3v pins.
