has acer tested the ram on the motherboard? Some ram makers test their ram on Motherboards and have sites that let you check. Corsair does this. I don't know if Acer do the same.

If not, then its an unknown if it will work or not. You be better off with one on listing, or from a company that does show what boards the sticks work with.

You won't get any support from Asrock IF you had any problems given they haven't tested it or included on list.

Is this an intel or AMD system as Intel are historically more likely to work with ram not tested on boards.

Hi, will ASRock B650M HDV/M.2 support this ram https://mdcomputers.in/acer-predator-vesta-ii-rgb-ddr5-32gb-6000mhz-bl-9bwwr-327.html ? the ram is not on the mobo's qvl list.
In theory it should support any DDR5 that is not for made for servers although speed may be limited due to combination of CPU and BIOS.
AMD introduced own specifications for RAM Oc called EXPO just as Intel's XMP so a particular MB BIOS can be automatically set to best performance. An MB can have one or other or both, that you can find in MB's specifications.
A QVL for memory is usually just a small part of all memory makers and models there are just too many to test. Most of the time it's enough to see specifications of RAM tested in QVL and get RAM with same or similar specs that is not in QVL.
