[SOLVED] Does msi a320m-A pro work with athlon 300ge?

I'm going to build a pc but in a £200 budget. Will the msi a320m- A pro work with the athlon 300ge? Or will the gigabyte a320m-S2H work with the athlon 3000g, or will it need a bios update?
These are my parts:
AMD Athlon 3000g
Msi A320m-A pro ( or gigabyte a320m-S2H)
Patriot signature premium 2666mhz 1×8gb
WD Blue 500gb Hard drive
EG MN25 Micro atx case
Kolink core series 400w

MSI A320M-A Pro CPU Support List - The Athlon 300GE is not supported on this motherboard. The Athlon 3000G is supported. It does not appear that a BIOS update would be required for that processor.

Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H CPU Support List - The Athlon 3000G is supported on this board with BIOS version F40 installed. Not knowing what BIOS version is installed on the board you receive, assume that a BIOS update would be required.

So shall I get the athlon 3000g with the msi a320m a pro or shall I get the msi a320m a pro max?
Is there a big difference between the two motherboards? The msi a320m a pro max is £1 more than the msi a320m a pro. Is it worth it to buy the max version?

The "MAX" version of the board is newer, but not necessarily better. Since the A320 chip set is pretty much end-of-life, it doesn't really matter which one you get.
