Question Does msi a320m vd/s v2 motherboard bios support m.2 sata ssd with adapter?

Currently I am using msi a320m vd/s v2 motherboard with ryzen 3 2200g in it. And 4gb of ddr4 ram. Can any body tell me can I use WD green 240gb M.2 sata ssd in it. With adapter.

Support as in....as a secondary drive, or as the boot drive?
Don't bother with trying to use something in a PCIe slot and adapter on that motherboard.
It almost certainly won't be usable as a boot drive, and there is only one PCIe x4 slot on that board.

What WILL work is any standard 2.5" format SATA III SSD.

Also...the WD Green is a poor choice, even among M.2 SATA drives.

I have a M.2 drive in my older (AM3+) MSI motherboard that I'm using as a boot drive off a PCIe adapter.
You won't know if it's going to work unless you try it really.
