Does my case require standoffs if the holes are raised above back of case?

Do these raised motherboard screw holes act as standoffs?

Here is a picture of what they look like.

If I attempted to put standoffs inside of these then the motherboard would not match with the I/O shield. So I assume these raised mounting holes act as standoffs. Is this correct?

that case uses standoffs as well as having risers.
where it doesnt have risers you use a standoff if your motherboard has the screw hole for it.
