Question Ryzen 5700X PBO tips ?

I have PBOon advanced with curve optimizer at -20. My PPT at 120, TDC at 75, EDC at 110. I am fairly new at using PBO not sure what I should do.

My specs are:
MSI B550 Tomahawk
Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 AIO
RAM overclocked to 3733 14-14-14-26

Looks about right, my setup is similar but with -15 on all cores but the 2 most used, those are -20. I have + 200mhz. I might have tdc set to 85...

You can use hardware monitor to check and see if TDC is maxed, you can bump it up more if you like assuming CPU and board temps are ok.

I don't have PBO on for anything, just using the values above.

What are you trying to achieve with manual settings ? If you are doing it for enhanced performance, make use of CPU's low TDP and oversized cooler and give him a lot of power and voltage as far as temps would allow.

I want more performance but also keep temps low. With these settings now I get 85c while gaming which seems to high for me. I also got popup of cpu overheating.

Do you have any temp issues? Cpu temps are alittle high, board temps are good
