Does my cpu died?

My setup
Core i5 6600k
Asus z170a
Nzxt x62
Gtx 970 hall of fame
G.skill ripjaws v 2x4gb
Seasonic m12ii evo 620w
120gb galax ssd
2x1tb western digital blue

So I have my friend's cpu which is the core i5 6600k adter I build this system it wont boot or post or display its just a black screen I tried to test every ram in every ram slot I also tried to remove the gpu and use the igpu still no post or no display I also tried to check my psu or the wires if its not well fit on the pins but Its perfectly fit. All lights are working fans motherboard's light also working but the cpu led mem led and gpu led are not turning on
Any ideas or help? TIA

Start from the beginning. CPU with cooler, motherboard, and 1 ram stick, nothing else connected (remove everything especially the GPU). plug into the monitor to the back panel of the motherboard. If that doesn't work you've narrowed things down quite a bit. Let us know.

Ive already treid these methods, one thing i dont have the system speaker and idk if its still compatible with my motherboard.

Yes, the psu working properly also the fans and the pump (nzxtx62) motherboard's led working gpu's fans working and also its led. I also tried to remove the gpu and used the igpu still no display

Ok so any chance you can borrow a known working stick of memory?

The only other thing I could think of is bent pins on the motherboard in the CPu socket.

You followed every step of that list including breadboarding it? Removing the build from the case to rule out shorts?

Yeah I already contacted my friend to borrow his memory. No bent pins on the cpu socket
