Does this motherboard support M.2 SATA or M.2 NVMe? Or just plain SATA interface?

Just plain sata interface

You can get a PCI-E M.2 adapter to use a M.2 NVMe Drive
Some users however, report having issues with it such as trying to boot from a M.2 NVMe Drive that is connected to such an adapter
-It is best to get a motherboard that natively supports mounting M.2 NVMe drives to avoid such issues in this case

It does not have a m.2 slot.

You can get a pcie/m.2 adapter if you want to fuss with that stuff.

Keep it simple and use a 2.5 ssd.

Was hoping to get M.2 because then I'd be able to use it on my laptop next year when I get one.
Looks like I'll just get a 2.5" SATA SSD.
