does my motherboard have PCI-E 3.0 slot for a gpu?

i have an ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX motherboard and want to buy an amd radeon hd 7850, but it uses PCI-E 3.0 for a gpu, does my mobo have a PCI-E 3.0 slot?

They card will work in your boards ver 2.0 slot no problem. AM3+ does not have currently PCIe ver 3.0 slots.
