Does my motherboard have Thunderbolt ?

I have the Gigabyte Z170x-Gaming 3 :

it has a USB type-C and a USB 3.1(red) connector at the back..In the specs it says that it has 1 x Thunderbolt™ add-in card connector ....

Does my motherboard have ThunderBolt 1/2/3 ? or does it just support adding one later ? How can i add thunderbolt capability later ?
