I want to upgrade to an i7-7700k but on partpicker I get this error 'Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.' My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard.

Yes, BIOS version 20 or newer supports 7th Generation Intel® Processors.
Make sure you get a nice cooler to keep the i7-7700k cool.
