You actually have a thread which was answer ans is the same question, over again.

Now if you want to get a better idea of what you have, download CPU-Z and pass on a screen shot of all the tabbed information you see. We're also going to need the SKU to your prebuilt machine.

On a side note, why not just get the highest APU your system will support?
