Can I play Cod WW2,Gta V,AC Unity,AC Syndicate,Far Cry Primal etc release before 2018?

In what settings can I play these games?

Will they run, yes. Will it be enjoyable probably no.

Your cpu is a long way below the minimum recommended for all those games. Running a low resolution and game settings won’t help.

Q8400 can perhaps still run most of those those games with just playable FPS.
8GB should be still ok.
Will it be enjoyable? probably not.

GT1030 is however a 100% dead meat. This is not even a gaming GPU.
I do not know if this can even run those games with all low.
I would try to replace this with 1050 or 1050ti.
Oly after replacing you can try running those games with perhaps medium.

I would expect your FPS to be very low all the time and would expect a lot of stuttering. Unfortunately a 9 year old cpu just isn’t up to running modern AAA games at playable/enjoyable FPS.

I have seen many videos on youtube.In those videos GT 1030 and GTX 1050 TI performance are same.Because my cpu is too much bottlenecking.It also bottleneck the GT 1030.

Q8400 is not as bad as people think.
I think it can still run those games around 30-40 FPS with some hickups.
I was still keeping my Q6600 @3GHz+HD6850+8GB RAM until Q4 2014 actively and I was still keeping it and running GTA V, Bioshock Infinite, etc. until early 2016 before I threw it away completely (it died).
Q8400 is slightly more powerful, especially under OC.

it depends, if it is 30 fps stable, it is.

Although for me, 60 fps is the minimum for smooth playing.

In this video you can see ac unity running poorly at GTX 1050 TI.I think if I bought GTX 1050 TI it cannot make any difference because of cpu.

FPS drops should be expected on such old procs.
How bad it will be? I do not know.
Q8400 is already old.
