Does my PSU have enough power?

Looks to be generic junk.

On the face of it, it's a 620W unit.... in reality:

32A x 12V = 384W.

Now an RX560 is a 75W TDP, so it may not be much of a problem, but I would not trust that PSU at all.

I'd highly recommend replacing with a better quality unit.

I don't think that PSU can be trusted. I couldn't find any review with more about specifics and components.

As stated above it's nominal values printed on the box may not be a reflection of what is actually in there and only if you test it with a multimeter you can ensure it's really providing that much power.

Even if it does provide 384W on the 12 volts rail the build quality and components used in it are a kind of question mark.
