Does my r7 250 support my benq xl2411z at 144hz? im using dvi

My benq xl2411z won't go to the 144hz refresh rate my graphic card is a r7 250 1gb and i'm using dvi please help!

I also connected it to the dual link dvi cable

Right click on desktop, select screen resolution. Right click on your monitor, select properties. click the monitor tab. On the screen refresh rate, select 144hz.

I tried that but I only see 59hz and 60hz 🙁
