Question Does r5 3600 still good for gaming in 2024?

Im looking to buy a new motherboard for my pc, but im not sure if i would like to upgrade my cpu right now as i dont really have any issue when playing games at 1080p 60 fps

Any suggestions are appreciated

If you need a new motherboard anyway, it isn't a terrible idea to go with a new CPU too. Gives you some headroom for future gpu upgrades. This would be a huge upgrade, without spending a boat load of cash, and lets you reuse your current ram.
