does reset button break ssd?

if i am running windows normally on the ssd, what happebs if i press the reset button? will the ssd break of will it work normally. because i broke my last ssd by turning off my conputer when it was still writing something

You didn't break your SSD by turning off the PC when it was writing to the SSD. But you may have corrupted the data on it. No, resetting the PC while the system is running won't physically damage the SSD. But it's not a wise move if you value your data.
