I am newbie some articles suggested me that going in ir bios u can select xmp profile 1 and it will increse ur ram speed. Now i did that but it wont cause any troubles right i can send other info if u want. Or do i have to do anything with it.

In my games i get 10 extra fps due to this thats y i wanna keep it. Just asking if i am good to go .

Specs- 2200g, ddr4 8bg crosair ram 3000mhz, motherboard is 320a whose speed was lower like 2666 something.

Solution
If ram is rated for 3000mhz operation, then running it at 3000mhz doesn't impact life expectancy.
It's all good.
