[SOLVED] Does Ryzen CPUs for laptops outperforms Intel in terms of streaming videos?

I heard Ryzen CPUs are good for streaming games, video editing, and numerous amount of cores. I wonder if it applies to laptops, not just desktops. However, I can guess that the performance lags behind in terms of desktop versions. But will it outperform Intel in terms of laptops?

CPU-wise, Ryzen APUs are slightly behind and should catch up with the 4k-series next year.
IGP-wise, Ryzen APUs are about twice as fast on average.
