does samsung evo 120gb take a performance hit when 80% full

Hi, I was wondering if anyoine here owns a Samsung evo 120gb and weather or not this generation of ssd drives such as the Samsung evo 850, 120gb if it takes a big performance hit for being 80% full

I know earlier generations such as the Kingston hyperx 3k (I think) takes a performance hit when 75%full and wondered if that still holds true for the Samsung drive

I have a 256GB Samsung 840 Pro, and I have not filled it to 80% (neither do I intend to), but yes, when they are almost full, SSD's will slow down.
