Does SimCity 5 can open sc3 files?

Does SimCity 5 can open sc3 files? And sc2, sc4, cty files?

I highly doubt it.

Feel free to Google that, but I've seen no evidence. The way the games work is also completely different so I doubt they could (easily) if they wanted to.

It's taken months of work just to properly get Offline mode even working.

I saw SimCity 3000 opening SimCity 2000 Cities
