Does SMPS, intex techno 450 24 x 4 SATA support Radeon 5450

I want to buy ASUS radeon 5450 1GB, So can I run it on Intex Techno 450 24 x 4 SATA SMPS.

A PC with a HD5450 in it only needs 330W. Even a bad quality power supply like your's should be able to run it.

Why are you buying the HD5450? If its for gaming, don't.
Your power supply is not something I would ever suggest using, but assuming that it delivers even 50% of its rated wattage on the 12v rails. It will run the card.
