[SOLVED] Does the 5700XT have a hard time playing older games?

I've been trying to play Mars: Warlogs and there are terrible glitches and hitching. Albeit not a well optimized game to begin with (It worked just fine with my RX 290). So Is it the XT or What?
NOTE: I have the same issues with fallout: New Vegas and RISEN.

Many old games and especially Unreal Engine games are reported to be brocken on 5700. People have problems running even something newer like Destiny2. Basically every reviewer says AMD has problems with this card so be warned. Not sure if it's driver issue but everybody's waiting for driver updates

if anything this probably typical of AMD? most of their attention is towards optimizing new games. at one point they even admit that they won't fix issues on older games because of older API (like DX9 based games).
