Does the Acer Aspire E5-573 laptop have a graphics card slot?

And wonder if i am able to upgrade the graphics once I Purchase it, and was wondering about PCI slots.

No, but you can get into a better version of that model for less money, with a GPU already installed since that one doesn't have one. It also has a higher resolution screen:

Thanks, that is perfect for me. Went with this. for what I will use it for (photoshop, internet, occasional video chat) I think it works perfectly.

That and in the end it isn't apple, and i can upgrade some specs at the very least.
