Am currently building a budget pc. I have an rtx 3060 ti and am looking at ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX, does it support the rtx 3060 ti?

So let me see if that's big problem.

2080Ti was using PCIe3. So hmmm

Of course you can connect and use rtx3060ti to that mobo. But will PCIe4 hold you back. Nah

Some games got 2~3% better fps, some didn't change, and shadow of tomb raider performed worse with PCIe4

Since ddr5 is coming in early 2022, i wouldn't spend too much on motherboard. Instead of paying more now for 3% fps, you can buy a ddr5, usb4 and pcie5 motherboard next year or 1.5 year.

And since you managed to snatch 3060Ti so fast, I think you'll be the first customer of ddr5 : ) so not 1.5 year
