Hello I have a question.
Am currently building a budget pc. I have an rtx 3060 ti and am looking at ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX, does it support the rtx 3060 ti?

Solution
will I lose any performance?
like fps.
3060Ti uses PCIe4x16 interface.
AsRock uses PCIe3,2:

So let me see if that's big problem.

2080Ti was using PCIe3. So hmmm

Look at this article:
https://www.pcworld.com/article/3400176/pcie-40-everything-you-need-to-know-specs-compatibility.html

At some place it says:

"and TechPowerUp proved it again by testing PCIe 4.0 gaming performance using the Radeon RX 5700 XT and a Ryzen 3000 GPU. “Looking at the results, we can see a whole lot of nothing,” the site says."

Of course you can connect and use rtx3060ti to that mobo. But will PCIe4 hold you back. Nah

Solution
Since ddr5 is coming in early 2022, i wouldn't spend too much on motherboard. Instead of paying more now for 3% fps, you can buy a ddr5, usb4 and pcie5 motherboard next year or 1.5 year.

And since you managed to snatch 3060Ti so fast, I think you'll be the first customer of ddr5 : ) so not 1.5 year
