Does the Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 Support The fx 9590 Amd Cpu (220w TPD)?

So i'm looking for a cheap motherboard with a decent amount of USB 3.0 slots and 220w TDP and 4 ram slots and 1-2 P.CIE slot's for some time and i found a 'cheap' motherboard that looks great however i'm not sure if it can support a Fx 9590 i've done some research however i cannot find anything about the tdp of the motherboard.
