Does the Biostar B450MHC support AMD-Vi / IOMMU? (OR alternative!)

I have checked the manual offered on the Biostar website which lists an IOMMU option, but am unsure if this manual can be trusted or if it is some kind of "generic manual" since I was told by someone that motherboards at this price range are not likely to have IOMMU support. Since motherboards don't seem to list this feature out in the open, how can I be sure?

I would also be willing to accept an alternative if you know a motherboard for the Ryzen family of CPUs that has IOMMU support. Thank you.

Honestly I would take anything over that mobo, Biostar really are entry level motherboards. Better off saving another $10 and buying something better. I know the Gigabyte B450 and 470 range support iommu.
