[SOLVED] does the cart graphic getting weak as the time progress!?

i did some research about my cart graphic INTEL HD 520 and i found the its age is 55months (+4 years) and i have use another pc with INTEL HD 4000 ( 60month) and it still work!
the question is : does my new INTEL HD 520 will get weak by the time?

THANKS, and i have i5 U series LAPTOP and the fan start making noise after each 13mins, does it affect the pc lifetime? i mean U stand for ULTRA LOW ENERGY, if i play a game like BATTLEFIELD 1 5hours at day, does it affect the cart graphic and fan lifetime? THE LAPTOP generaly.
